Description: Overlooking Three Mile Harbor, East Hampton Point restaurant couples a striking setting with exceptional contemporary American cuisine. The nautically themed interior features a full-size mahogany sloop with a mast that reaches the ceiling cupola, a gentle reminder of the sea just outside the restaurant's floor-to-ceiling windows. Chef Richard Pims brings the sea inside with fresh caught-seafood specialties and a popular raw bar, in addition to his seasonally inspired menu. The restaurant is open from April through Labor Day. East Hampton Point is a full service resort featuring thirteen deluxe cottages, seven luxury suites, full-service marina & shop with 58 slips, heated pool, tennis court, fitness room and children's playground. Year-round, guests can enjoy fine dining at one of East Hampton Point's sister properties, The 1770 House, Cittanuova or The Grill on Pantigo in the village of East Hampton.

My nephew's Rehearsal Dinner was here last night. The food was delicious (buffet with many selections) and the service impeccable. My sister raved about their attentiveness to detail and how helpful they were. The location was scenic - beautiful sunset just as we were sitting down to dinner. The bar even serves Dark 'n Stormy's!

Emma and staff at East Hampton Point were thoroughly professional and helped above and beyond. The food was fabulous, from appearance to flavor to timing. Emma helps with event planning and execution with grace, patience and ability. I'm tough. But, Emma and East Hampton Point far exceeded our high expectations. As well -- it is a wonderful location. Highest recommendation.

What a wonderful spot to eat at...the view is absolutely incredible. The food is ok -- it has been around for years and has all of the great staples and some that hit the mark each and every time. Went on a night when there was music and the crowd was fun and the music was great. It is a... More

Imagine a fish taco with a limp shell, tasteless lettuce, and a piece of dead fried fish.Throw in it being served in near total darkness(maybe a good thing)and that sums up this joint's kitchen.Fortunately, the band was smokin, so we gave up on the food and joined the crowd dancing the night away.

The views are just great, I find that the food is not as good as years past. Prices are a bit on the high side..

Food is not up to standard lacks taste, but still edible. Waiters don't know the menu or the dishes. Mistakes in service, mistakes in serving. Uneven quantities and qualities of the dishes. Waiters running around an tripping over each other. The view is OK.

The food is great and the view cannot be beat. Lunch on the deck is always fun. If you are a boater you can pick up a mooring or anchor in Three Mile Harbor and dinghy in.

We took our family there for dinner, we chose to have drinks at the bar and enjoy the view before dinner. The drinks were ok, the girl behind the bar was nice but couldn't make suggestions for my sister who was looking for a light cocktail. The dinner and wine menus are very limited and we waited almost two hrs... More

We have gone to East Hampton Point every summer since it opened (20 years?). It's prices, which are quite high, keep it a special occasion destination for us. The view keeps us coming back and the food has always been very good. There are really two restaurant experiences here, the informal deck (still expensive, but less so than the main... More
