I had a business trip to the Roswell area last year, and had heard about Green Chile Cheeseburgers while researching the state. I asked our hosts about where I could get a good burger, and they recommended Julie's. Don't let the atmosphere fool you, it looks to be an old converted Tastee Freeze, or something similar. This place is not much on atmosphere, very limited seating. But the hamburgers are what it's all about anyway. Hand-formed fresh beef!! In a world of frozen patties. Soft buttery buns, fresh vegetables. Close to perfection. Menu includes some Mexican food items, but we have never gotten past the hamburgers.
