Beautiful venue, good food, and great service. I've eaten here twice with family, both times were very good.

The bar is gorgeous, with a vintage look. The dark would is glamorous and I imagine it hasn't changed much over the years. It's fun to sit at the bar with friends and take a break from the awesome shopping of Frenchtown. The bartender was friendly and made delicious drink specials. The appetizers were amazing and big enough to share.

The food at the National never fails to delight. From the nightly specials to regugular menu the food is always good. We tried the Polenta and Chocolate tart. Yumm!
