Enjoyed the dinner. Excellent service and pleasing atmosphere. Live piano music Friday & Saturday nites which made the ambiance more appealing also. The food, as you can read elsewhere, is of utmost quality and freshness. Our seating arrangement for 4 was requested prior & they were more than happy to comply with the request. I would highly recommend for a... More

This was the first visit to the Ebbitt Room since the Reno and change to Cape Resorts Group. We were delighted by the changes. The newly-decorated room is elegant and understated, with more light and punches of color. The infusion of product from Beach Plum Farm and the dedication to farm-to-table works well. We had Cape May Salts and flounder... More

We arrived early and didn't realize that you could sit, have a glass of wine, listen to the great piano player and then have a 5 star meal with great service. Special occasions with friends or treat yourselves to a great night out. Then walk a couple of blocks to the beach on a nice night.

We enjoyed the five course prix fixe meal fashioned around various parts of a recently slaughtered locally raised pig. It could not have been better. Elegant and delicious pork ravioli, crisp and upscale scrapple and even a generously sized pork chop. This meal compared very favorably to those at the top New York City restaurants. We also complement our server... More

This is one of those restaurants that you must try if you want to enjoy a more formal night out. Yes, going to the beach you usually eat 'junk food' but pick a night and get a little more dressed up and enjoy.

Family group of five all enjoyed the superb food and the attentive but unobtrusive service. The stuffed egg starter is amazing. Would thoroughly recommend a visit whenever you are in the Cape May area.

We were there three nights during one trip. It was fantastic. The menu and specials were varied and interesting. The service was excellent... They not only remembered us from the night before but we were treated as old friends returning for a visit. I can't wait to go back.

My daughter and I stayed at the Virginia Inn just before Christmas this year, and had the pleasure of eating at the Ebbit Room. The food was excellent, very gourmet. Lobster caesar salad was great. Our entree was great. Desert was great. You simply can't go wrong there.
