The best lobster rolls of NH. Long, loaded with lobster and tasty! Soups good as well, so are the onion rings. An obligatory stop when in the area; I do not hesitate to drive the 400 km to get there and have lunch.

I had lunch at the Beach Plum today because i wanted to try their famous lobster roll. After ordering a 10 ounce lobster roll with french fries and waiting for 22 minutes, I was brought a 7 ounce lobster roll with chips. I asked to speak to the manager. Rebecca apologized and suggested I eat the smaller lobster roll which... More

We have been going here with friends at least a couple times a month for about a year now and have yet to get a time when we thought the food wasn't as good as usual. The portions are plentiful and the food is good. I have lived in the seacoast area my whole life and know that getting fresh... More

The lobster roll was fresh & juicy. Fries & onion rings crispy and flavorful. Typical outdoor seating and atmosphere as you would expect of summer hot spot. There was a line, but it went quickly. We chose to drive to the Portsmouth location instead of Hampton Beach.

I did some research before choosing where to have our very first lobster roll to see who had the best one and everyone said it shouldn’t have too much filler in it. We found it at The Beach Plum. I didn’t know what to expect but when we walked in you see it is not a sit down kind of... More

Being from MA and now living in CT, my days of good lobster rolls are limited. This place has a great lobster roll, and stack it plenty high. I have a favorite place in Cape Cod, and I have to say that they took 1st place over. The design is simple, you order your food, they drop it off, and... More

Walked in and was like hummmmm not what I expected, but then I got my food and was like HeLL YEA! Big chunks of lobster in my soup, bulging roll sandwiches. I will most defiantly go back.

Lobster roll is all claw meat and tastes either frozen or pre-cooked. Portion is huge but not overly appealing. Fried clams are excellent, onion rings are good. Great ice cream selection. Overall fairly decent just save your lobster for a much better restaurant (Rye beach or downtown Portsmouth has several to choose from !)
