A little pricey, but delicious. The food was cooked to order and exceeded our expectations by a mile.

On average I visit Bubba's a couple of times a month, maybe more. They have a variety of very good dinner specials each day, and always very good pizza from an oven originally installed when this was an Italian restaurant years ago. I often sit at the bar, and usually find it very easy to start up a friendly conversation.

Pre-packaged food and a cranky staff. The pizza is delish, but stay away from anything else. Even when they say it's fresh.

We continue to be impressed by this modest venue not far from both Mt. Sunapee and across the street from the southern portion of Lake Sunapee. Kind of a lake/ski mountain/locals ambience. I am a frequent visitor to Bubba's. Its not what the name says. The food is surprisingly excellent every time I go. From pizza to burgers to seafood. I've never been disappointed. My favorite thing its the spinach salad.

Visited Bubba's for some brewskies and chow after skiing and found the place to be kind and friendly with great seafood chowder and crab cakes. If near Lake Sunapee, stop at Bubbas for a smile and some good food.

I particularly enjoyed the lobster roll that was on special. There was a generous portion of lobster!

Bubbas is right in Newbury Harbor. If you're lucky, you can get a table over looking Newbury harbor. If you're on the water and get the munchies, all you have to do is to call them and they'll have your food ready for you to pick up. There are a few public docks to tie up to in Newbury Harbor.... Great location on Lake Sunapee. It gets busy at night and during football season if the Pats are on tv. The ambiance is that of a sports grille with a better than usual menu. The seafood chowdaah is great and is always fresh and hot. I ordered the fish and chips and was not disappointed at all .... the batter... More
