Yama consistently provides excellent service and food. We have been going to Yama's for 10 years and have never been disappointed. Great selection of food and things run very smoothly.

Yama's is one of my favorite places to eat. They are friendly and have several of vegan gluten free options. This place just makes my tummy smile.
My wife and I ate dinner at Yama's on May 18, 2013. We arrived shortly before 6:30 PM, and the restaurant was about three-fourths full. We were promptly seated and given a menu. There was a diversity of Korean and Japanese meals on the menu at very reasonable prices. We ordered an Korean pancake as an appetizer. For our main...

Excellent fresh sushi!! Great place my sister and I love going! Two of our favorite rolls are the ivy and Lebanon roll, lobster tail is also pretty good!
We've been going to this restaurant for nearly two years. We have never been disappointed: both the Korean and Japanese food is consistently excellent. Favorite dishes are Kalbi (grilled ribs); Mandu-guk (dumpling soup); and bibimbap. What's astonishing is just the fact that they never have an off day, and this without any real competition in Asian food in the Upper...

This is one of my favourite places in Hanover. The food is fantasticand the prices are hard to beat. Not your average Japanese fair as they also serve Korean.
Attractive place without being too frilly. Presentation is quite good. I actually like better the very simple little original place in West Lebanon better, but this is a great place to meet and eat with people in Hanover end enjoy much better Asian food than in most of the region.
We've stopped here several times, the first from a recommendation from our primary care physician at Dartmouth Medical Center. Our favorite continues to be the sweet potato noodles with vegetables with an order of avocado rolls. Good food, nice location at the southern end of Main Street, lots of light and an excellent staff.
Went here for dinner on a friday night. Got there around 6 and it was starting to get busy but we only had to wait 5 minutes or so. Food was pretty good and there were lots of small dishes (appetizers?) which came with the meal. They also had a good selection of vegetarian options (but not much in the...

Ate at Yama with a friend before going to a movie at the Nugget on a Saturday night and got here early at 5:00 PM. We had no difficulty finding a table, as the place was practically empty. However, by the time we had finished our meal, there was not a table to be had and long lines of hungry...
