Based on the reviews, I went out of my way to find this place. The salad was great. Miso soup was great. Got th pork cutlet. It was bland and I did not like the sauce that came with cutlet. I also got the tempura roll and Las Vegas roll. I asked for recommendations and the waitress suggested the play... More

Just finishing up dinner as I type. I would agree with most other reviewers. Had edamame, a roll and one sashimi entree. Very good food at a reasonable price, based on Vegas standards. Staff very attentive and friendly. Looks like lunch specials (served until 4p) are the way to go for better value.

Ichiban Sushi is really difficult to find, from the main casino, you have to go down the escalator from the casino level, pass by some shops and bar, and walk along a quiet corridor before you see a JCB signage, and you have reached a small meeting room. It looks like those meeting room settings, quite amusing, but i am... More

Bally's Las Vegas is renovating its food court area, but Ichiban remains open—albeit in a much smaller location—if you know where to find it. Look for the JCB Plaza signs, or better yet, follow signs to the monorail and Blu Pool, as Ichiban and the JCB are on the right just before you reach the pool entrance. Keep your eye... More

I was happy and would return based on the service, but the food was average. I also hate when a restaurant puts an 18% auto gratuity on a party of 6.....and don't point it out to you. One of my guests actually caught it ...auto tip was 43.00 and I had written in 82.00...of course I crossed out the 82... More

Quite a surprisingly good little sushi bar. Room is a bit odd, but the food speaks for itself. Fresh fish, good rice and generous portions for the money. Reminded me of several of the small sushi shops by the trains in Tokyo. If you are tired of the $40 entrees on the strip then give your diet and wallet a... More

Do one of the sushi lunch specials? Sushi was good and fresh. Not a lot of food, but it was a good deal for the price. I will try it again next and try the tea.

Ichiban is in between two locations right now. The new one is being built, so they are temporarily located in the back corner of the Bally's basement. It's weird and hard to find, but sooo worth it. The sushi here was great! My two favorites were the Crunch and Ichiban rolls. The service was excellent and did I mention that... More

The restaurant was a bit of a walk to get to. Once we arrived, it didn't even look like a restaurant initially - it had the air of a meeting or conference room set up with tables and chairs. I ordered a lunch special with chicken teriyaki which was very dry. The food also seemed overpriced. Overall, not the best... More
