The pizza is awesome. We had the red based pizza. The service was fast. The Sangria was watered down. I would definitely go back!
We ran across this pizzeria several years ago in Phoenix, Arizona. We were so impressed with their food that when we found out they had several locations in Las Vegas, we had to go there too. We chose the location at the Palazzo as it was close to the hotel we were staying at. We were not disappointed. The sauce... More
Made our second visit to Grimaldi's at The Palazzo and I know we will keep going back when we visit. The white pizza was excellent with it's thin crisp crust and the small salad was enough for the 3 of us. It's warm and comfortable and the staff is great. Nice place to eat when you don't want to spend... More
Whilst there are a lot of food choices in Vegas, this remains one of my favourite must stops. Unlike the long line in Brooklyn, there is less waiting time and a nicer ambience. Beautiful interiors and same yummy pizza, salad and wine pairing.
I visited Grimaldi's for the first time last week. There were three in our party and we mentioned to the hostess that it was our first visit to the restaurant. The waitress came over and made a fuss over us and explained everything on the menu, how the pizza is cooked, etc. She was awesome. We all decided to share... More
Tasted really good. It's all build your own pizza or calzone so comes as you like it. It got very busy as not that big but service was good. Wall decor made you think you were in NYC. Wine offered was a good choice too.
Had a late night pizza here right after we'd checked in at the Palazzo. The style is not your classic Neopolitan, so if that's the only pizza you love in the world, don't bother with this. Different oven, different take. It's more of an American/New York take with elements of the traditional Neopolitan pizza. The crust is fairly thin, and... More
I was in NYC about a year ago and went to Lombardi's in little Italy. There I had the best pizza I have ever had. Since then I have been trying pizza everywhere I can near where I live in Southern California. I had yet to find anything good, or at least comparable to What I experienced in NYC. Enter... More
I had the opportunity to dine at Grimaldi's pizzeria at the Palazzo, while we were at Vegas last week. Earlier also, I had eaten at Grimaldi's at Charleston. The one thing that struck me at once, was their decor. Bottles hung from the ceiling like lanterns.....which had caught my fancy earlier, made me notice it here too. They have three... More
We stopped here returning to our room after a show. The pizza was the best I've ever had. The atmosphere was relaxing, music great and quite conversation. A great way to end a night in Las Vegas. I wish I had room for the tiramisu. There is alway tomorrow.
