The crab legs meal was really good. Good salad, baked potato, etc. Neat old building! Very conveniently located to depot and trolleys. The service was very good and the server had a very helpful attitude. I would recommend sharing the crab leg dinner, it was quite a bit of food.

Beetles memorabilia on the walls. Regular live music. Friendly people. I've always enjoyed myself at this place. If your looking for a place that's a little rough around the edges this ones for you.

Our family wanted to eat in downtown Hermann. Not many options on this off season Monday. Waitress was nice...but first day on the job. Food did not taste fresh. Baked potato was cooked many hours (or days) prior. Chicken was tough...frozen? Lettuce was not fresh. Spent over $100 for a family of 5....wished we stayed home.

We travel to Hermann pretty often. Every time we eat at Simon's. The food is pretty good, the employees are nice. Its an older building, has a bar connected for those who like to hang out in the bar area. German style foods available and regular style foods as well. Priced well, not too cheap, not too expensive.

I had catfish and my husband had a burger. It was good, but we've gone there many times over the years and prices have gone up.

We were with a small group and the service was SO slow. One of the people in my group found a hair in her food. After that discovery it was kind of hard for everyone to enjoy their email. Food was average nothing special.
