Good food, friendly service, and funky atmosphere. My favorites are the shrimp po-boy and the chicken caesar salad. Catfish and oysters are good too.

years ago I went to Hal & Mal for lunch from work, we used to love the place, good food, good music and lively always. Saw B.B. King and his Lucile there.
