Yes, GOC is probably only the second best home made ice cream place in town (Izzy's is tops), but it's a great neighborhood spot. The lines can be down the block in the summer, but it's worth the wait. Walk along Grand with your cone and pretend you live in a truly walkable city.

Nastalgia again. I can't see how they stay open in the winter. At the bottom of your cone there's a malted milk ball to keep it from leaking. Fun to go.

Thecones are fresh and the ice cream is good a bit above the grocery store but good. The location can't be beat.

We love to visit here. Great homemade icecream and waffle cones. It get very busy in the summer so give yourself 5-10 minutes while waiting in line. But worth the wait!
