Went here for brunch on Sunday. It was a little empty, but cold outside so patio was closed. The menu was a classic brunch menu. The sign outside advertised Bloody Mary specials, but couldn't find anything on the menu. Our waiter was nice, but the service was incredibly slow. And there were only 3 tables occupied in the entire restaurant.... More

We loved dining al fresco by a stream in this peaceful, landscaped, moonlit setting, with an abundance of twinkling lightening bugs! Attention to detail extends to the preparation of farm-fresh, well-presented and enthusiastically served food.

Very nice being able to sit out on the patio to enjoy lunch. Food was good (we shared the bear club sandwich and the cranberry walnut salad), fries served w/ the sandwich were delicious, my only complaint was the borderline rude waiter. He appeared to be handling all the tables solo, but I did not care for his attitude. Would... More

The food was overcooked and after saying something they didn't even offer to fix the situation, slow service, staff lacks knowledge of their own menu and just a little bit over priced. If the food was good it be right on par but not the case

My wife and I had a delightful lunch this past Sunday at the Riverhouse Inn in Williamston, MI. Drink specials on Sunday include $3 bloody mary's and mamosas, both of which were delicious. My wife had the lobster macaroni and cheese, which was scrumptious with big chunks of lobster. Also, the portion was large so we had plenty of leftovers.... More

I like the setting here very much, but prefer eating on the lovely patio for lunch rather than dining inside for dinner. Food is exceptional no matter what you choose, but I am not a huge fan of dining in historic homes unless the rooms are very big. This place is intimate, which might be nice for a romantic dinner.... Riverhouse Inn was the best surprise ever! The food was amazing -- and I mean amazing by NYC or San Francisco standards. The Chilean Sea Bass was the best I've had across the nation. (The salmon was also excellent!) I hear that their Sunday brunch is also a can't miss. The service was professional, courteous and relaxed. The server even... More
