There is definitely not another restaurant around northern michigan like this one. I like it's oldies theme and the colors. Their custard is very good and it was my ice cream place pick of the summer.

Love this small 1950's style restaurant. It doesn't offer a huge menu but what they do have is very good. The ice cream treats are fantastic! Love the 1950's decor and music!

Cute little place. We ordered and ate outside. They have Oldies music playing in the back where you order, but nothing up front where the umbrella tables are. Yes, their ice cream is expensive, but it's also very good. Best french fries in the area and their hot dogs are very good too. We'll be back for the dogs :)

Their frozen custard is good, but a bit pricey. Over $6.00 for a sundae. You can sit outside or inside. This one of our traditional spots to visit and we will be back.

As great as the 50's theme is, the service and food aren't so great. The only time you speak to a waiter is ordering your food and them delivering it. You never get checked on and you have to go wait in a line to ask them questions. It was also a bummer when they took the old arcade games... More
