Stood in the entrance for 20 minutes and was blanty ignored by staff took 10 minutes for the woman behind the register to even say she would be with us shortly. We didn't even get asked how many was in our party once 20 minutes was up we left. Worst service ever

The food is great, try the squash. We love the new location and decorations and Kevin the manager is superb and friendly

Had chicken salad. Had to return it. Hamburgers and sweet potato fries seemed a safe bet, but went down with difficulty. Average prices.

This is the second time we've lunched at the Finley's on Cedar St. in Lansing recently and have been happy both times. They have 23 craft brewed beers on tap and house wines are always $3.75 a glass. They give a discount for Ramada guests and the food is great. Pleasant personnel that will go out of their way to make the dining experience pleasant.

Margarine is used here. The rolls and baked potato were great but didn't want to use the margarine on them. You will never be a quality restaurant until you use real butter and cloth napkins.

Pleasant atmosphere , good food and drink. It may take a long time to have a waiter serve you but it is worth to be patient. A little bit steep.
