Wow- what a throw back to the great ice cream stands of my youth. The Tommy Turtle is delcious with perfectly warmed fudge. The carmel on the other sundaes is aslo warm and tastes just like the homemade sauce my grandma used to make. The value is very good and it is very home and small-town feeling. I love it.

Even Presidents have stopped here for ice cream and the Tommy Turtle is the #1 Favorite for good reason! Don't miss it!!

Busy street and sometimes hard to cross traffic, but after watching the sunset at the beach this is a prime spot. Can anyone say Tommy Turtle!?

Wonderful Tommy Turtles are a sure hit with the tourists. But we locals go nuts for the chili dogs with light onions. BOY they are the best around!

unique creations of sundaes, fun places to sit outside, even a ship for kids to climb on. Only outdoor seating, a little pricey if everyone gets a sundae, but hard to be disappointed

Dairy Queen is delicious, and even has food! DELICIOUS food<3 The whole West Ottawa crew works there. It's fantastic. The manager is VERY nice.

No trip to the Holland State Park is complete until you have gone to Captain Sundae's. Wonderful fun ambiance. Statues, flowers, signs surround you while you enjoy the best sundaes, cones, treats. This stop is a must for any day tripper, vacationer or fun seeker.

We love the Mocha Moat, but they are pricey. Many, many other delicious options even a frozen chocolate covered banana!
