like: clam chowder and beer was good dislikes: the chorizo was too spicy and covered up the clam flavor in the stuffed quahogs ... plus, on top of that, they were oily ... both of us tasted them and left 90% of them the waiter/bartender never asked how the food was or why we did not eat them we ate... Anytime we are waiting to board the ferry to head home, we stop into the Lee Side! The staff is friendly, chowder excellent, bar menu has a wide variety and the beer on tap is varied! Any place with Murphy's Irish stout on tap is a great place to go! The juke box has a great selection of music, the... More

Beware :-) they just need a bigger bah here! This is an essential stop over coming or going on a ferry for one of a couple of reasons...some seasons it is the only place open, it is sitting there smack-dab across from the Steamship Authority you can't help but check it out, but also they have great bugers! They just... More

Didn't expect too much when we walked in for lunch on a Monday. It's a little corner pub with a sports bar wanna be feel to it. Service was ok, bartender took our order at the bar and brought the food to the table, he was attentive in re filling our drinks. But, there was only one other couple in... More

Stopped in for lunch. No table service, have to give order at bar. Had to sit on stools with no backs. Not comfortable for those with back problems. Food was just OK.

Stopped at Lee Side Bar and Grill for lunch today and was greeted by Joe the bartender. There were no customers in the restaurant/bar but the TA reviews were pretty good so we figured we would give it a shot. Joe was pleasant and the place was very clean. There was no table service and Joe gave us the menus... More

I stop by this bar about once every two weeks when waiting for the ferry back to MV. The staff have a bit of an atitude but there are two bartenders that work Thursday nights that have overcharged me (knowingly, I believe) on several occassions. The first time I was in the bar when they were working they had such... More

As we were waiting for the Steamship Authority ferry to Martha's Vineyard, we decided to grab a quite bite to eat in Wood's Hole. The nearest restaurant was Lee Side Bar and Grill. It is a two-story building on the corner, and we were there at lunch time in the "off season" so the upstairs was the only section open.... More
