I ate here twice during my recent visit to Williamstown and both times the food was delicious. The menu is varied, with something for everyone. I did not try the burgers, which are their specialty, but they looked awesome! The atmosphere is fun, with sports on the TVs and doors that open out to the patio, where you can also... More

This is your typical pub in a college town - nothing fancy. Sandwiches are good - I thought a rather good selection. Chips and salsa were good - salsa tasted homemade but I am sure it was not. Wait staff was pleasant. Again - nothing fancy but if you are looking for somewhere to grab a quick snack or sandwich... More

Several hours before a big dinner and fresh off of a hike on a nearby trail what I needed was a yummy beer and a little snack. Cool area and location. We went in and the Master's was on. Decided to sit at the bar - big mistake. As noted by others the bartender seems more interested in other things... More

Went at 7pm on a Saturday night and sat right down. Crowded by not crazy. Our server was wonderful. Had the Cobb salad and it was delicious. Great food at reasonable prices.

Food was great along with the price (5 dollar burgers on Thursdays). I got a little uncomfortable when the second shift bartender (long blonde hair) came on duty because she was not a welcoming soul at all. The tension between her and her colleagues could of been cut with a knife. She should also do away with the beer opener... More

The food is always great, personally I enjoy their burgers the most, and have always really enjoyed everything else I've ordered. Atmosphere is nice, especially sitting outside in the spring/summer, and a nice place to watch sporting events in the evenings. I've been a few times for the live entertainment and think they always have fun performers/DJs. The service, however,... More

When my husband and I were Williams College students--eons ago, the Purple Pub was a hole in the wall, smoke filled room. That Purple Pub burned down and the pub is now in a fairly new building . It is near where the old Pub was on Spring Street, but set back from the street---next to an ice cream place.... More

Ok for a beer, some lunch and to watch sport on the big screens. I used it as a place to unwind and get out of the rain a while

I remember this place used to be elsewhere on Spring Street growing up and had never been. My friend raved about the mussels, and I had heard about the beer list, so that brought us through the door. Atmosphere: Nice looking bar. Modern with large windows/doors that open to patio seating. Very chill until the live music started. We found... More
