This small place is always packed but worth the wait. It's a must every time I am on the Cape. The portions are generous and reasonably priced for what you get. Truly the best stuffed quahogs and lobster roll I have ever had.

The seafood chowder was terrific. The service is great. The dining area is very pleasant and comfortable. The view of the marsh outside is beautiful. The food prices are reasonable.
Marshland is like a casual diner, but what a great place! The service is friendly and proficient. The food is fantastic! Ingredients are super- fresh. Local cafe which is consistently good. Very, very casual and reasonable. Quick service and friendly atmosphere. Can be very crowded for breakfast in the tourist season.
Marshland has the best foodon the Cape. You would be hard pressed to find a larger or better lobster roll anywhere in New England . The wait staff is great and the food is like home made. They have great specials every day. The prime ribhas the best flavor and is not over spiced. Marshlands gives you a big bang...

They have some very good meals. There are a few booths and counters with stools. Great clam chowder. A nice place for a good meal anytime of day. A local favorite.
I love the Marshland, it is our go to for a spontaneous evenings out. Great burgers, fried seafood turkey dinner. Baked goods and desserts. Weak spot is b'fast.
Always a good meal at a fair price. Home cooking at it's best in a cozy atmosphere . You will not go away hungry.
