I love Woods! I live in Plymouth and get takeout and fresh fish from the market a few times a month. Last night a friend was visiting from Colorado and we went to Woods, for under $30 we split Clam Chowder (delicious), Fried Seafood Platter (best HUGE scallops, shrimp, fish and clam strips served over Fries) and a side of... Ate here almost everyday I was in Plymouth last summer. One of the best seafood restaurants I ever been to. If you are visiting Plymouth I would recommend you try this place out!

What's better than fresh fish right on the pier??? I live on LI and going to this place inspired me to try to find as fresh a fish place near where I live. The clam roll I had was excellent and cheap. Wish I could have bought some of their fresh fish to take home. It looked great. The place... More

Enjoyed our clambake, chowder and halibut. It's a clam shack so it's very basic but the food is superb. Would be really nice to eat with real cutlery and crockery. Plastic forks and paper plates let the place down.

Not only is it the best seafood in town but the location is the real waterfront you don't get any closer to the fishing boats and the lobster's being brought to market than seeing the tiem their boats under the restaraunt

Food was great reasonable prices. Nice atmosphere down by the water. Very quick service. Had to search around a little as far as how to order, how it works, it was a little awkward at first. We sat in the addition with the water view, it was a little cold and our neighbors were noisy (not the establishments fault). I... More

This eatery is right on the water, just past the traffic rotary. There is parking on the street, which in the evening is free, or there is a large parking lot south of the restaurant that was, I think, $1 an hour. This is a VERY casual place. There is a seafood market to the side of the restaurant. When... More

This is a small, counter service, no frills seafood shack. The portions are great, the prices are reasonable, but the seafood is excellent. I have gone there several times and only had a couple of disappointing meals, but I chalked it up to "every restaurant has a bad day" But always came back and it was better than ever. Compared... The place doesn't look like much from the outside, and the inside is about the same. You order at the counter and they call your number to pick up the food. We ordered a cheeseburger, fried haddock and scallop plate, and baked haddock plate, and three sodas. It was about 36.00. The food was delicious the scallops were huge and... More
