I was walking by the Biltmore and decided to stop in for brunch. I'm an out-of-tower and was looking for somewhere interesting to eat. This place was it! I had a bagel and lox plate, which was delicious. Shannon, the bartender, made me the best Bloody Mary I've ever had (they are very heavy on the horse-radish here). The food... More

A very lively spot. Mixed reviews on food. The Thursday special was choucroute - a French specialty of juniper berries, sauerkraut, and pork chops/knockwurst/pork balls. Unfortunately, their version was a pork patty over farro with a scant, scant hint of sauerkraut. While good, certainly not what you would expect. The hot dogs and beans were okay - canned beans?? Fish... More

The Biltmore is a favorite for it's cozy atmosphere, yummy menu and extensive beer menu. From business lunch to Saturday night out with friends you can't go wrong. Even with the fried Fluff!!

Stopped in here with co-workers to celebrate a birthday by going out to lunch. Not much on the menu, a couple wraps, turkey burger, regular burger, couple of salads. No soup of the day - large wine/beer list. Being vegetarian I was stuck with a plain salad and a side of waffle fries - but they were tasty. Well... as... More

I've been to Biltimore a few times mostly for work-related luncheons or dinners. The restaurant is nice, and the bar seems to get crowded pretty quickly during their peak hours. The food is decent, but nothing I would rave about. It's a good place to go for a couple of drinks, but not necessarily for the food.

Went with a few people from work on Friday (yes, during the snow storm - trust me, the fries are totally worth it). Got the tuna melt again, but it wasn't fully warmed and melted. My own fault for not sending it back, but tuna with lettuce and cheese is good no matter what temperature. Because I was asked during... More

I give the Biltmore credit for being unique. Lots of the dishes are different than you'll find anywhere else. The most recent we went there we happened to go the evening after a major snowstorm when they had a limited menu. I ended up getting the fried chicken on top of waffles. I wasn't impressed. Not sure how or why... More

The menu has many things you'd expect on a pub menu...but all a bit upgraded and clearly designed by someone with more refined culinary aspirations. Food is consistently very good. My one complaint (and I know this is going to make me sound like one of THOSE parents) is we can no longer go with our kids because they really... More

This place was packed on the weeknight we visited so they must be doing something right! However, I did find that although the menu has an extensive beer and wine list, including rare continental beers on tap, the food menu was quite limited and didn't instantly inspire me. It feels like a popular bar that's just branching out into food.... More

We met some friends for dinner because of the TVs in the bar area. It was a Sunday night before a Monday holiday. I can start by saying they have a great selection of beers both "on tap" and in bottles. Service, however, was very slow, 15 to 20 just for drinks, 3 beers, 2 soft drinks and a mixed... More
