Food is authentic & delicious. The ceaser& tiramisu is off the charts. Great service- perfect ambience. Love the outdoor porch seating. Will go again

Called in on spec on a sunday evening and found the place full of locals, always a good sign. Menu is not the biggest but has more than enough to satisfy everyone. Service was quuck and efficient.
Frankie's was not on the concierge list from our hotel but it is a must go to. Food was excellent, service was great, people were nice and they have gluten free options including pasta!
We had dinner at Frankie's while in Lenox over the Memorial Day weekend. The food was absolutely wonderful! We had the Caesar salad and the Penne Arrabiatta. We are vegetarians and were happy to see a good selection of vegetarian entrees. The pasta was the best we have ever had! The marinara sauce was tangy and hearty with just a hint...

Up for the week from NYC. Always a little bit skeptical of Italian outside NYC or Italy. Well, I stand corrected. Excellent Italian. One of the best bites in Lenox.
What a suprise! We weren't expecting much going out for Italian in Mass, however, Frankies was great! Our food was wonderful and the decor is great. Red & white checked tableclothes, cozy booths and an inviting bar. We will def visit Frankies again when we are in Lenox.
We had an excellent meal, it was very busy with large parties this past Saturday night. We called a 1/2 hour prior and made a reservation for 2. We were seated quickly, our server was excellent and attentive. Our meals (veal dishes) were piping hot and no delays even though the place was crowded. Pasta bolognese was excellent!!!! Can't wait...

An amazing deal when your dining out in Lenox, considering that other restaurants in Lenox are twice as expensive for...

We had a reservation and were seated on time. Our server was pleasant but inattentive. Our evening was a mix of fair tasting food...the carpaccio was lacking any olive oil drizzled over the top, the veal saltimbocca was tough and had a pungent taste that dominated the very cheesy entree, the osso bucco was very acidic. The bread was warm...

My fiance and I ordered out from here the other night, after hearing rave reviews from very close friends. We picked up the order kind of late, which we felt bad about, but the staff was wonderful, they were all very nice and pleasant (no rude remarks or attitude for a later evening pick up, which I always appreciate). The...
