Stopped at the Lazy Lobster for lunch during a visit to Chatham. The owners, Matt and Penka, are very outgoing, welcoming and friendly. Apparently the chef and part owner, Tim, is also part of the family! The pride they show is evident and there is something to be said about eating at an independent cafe. I had the clam chowder... A nice little surprise for lunch. A creative sandwich on choice of bread in a charming setting. Friendly service and great prices. What a combination! Can't beat it!

My wife and I had Caesar Salads with grill chicken and crab cakes with a side of fries. The food was fresh and portions were good. My chicken was cooked just right and the fries were made to perfection. Before I could even asked my drinked was refilled. Establishment was very clean, and nicely decorated and service was top notch.... More

We had a nice breakfast here. The place is very cute with the classic knick-knacks of the cape as decoration and some fun old movie shots on the wall, including a whole series from Jaws. The service was ridiculously friendly. We had the breakfast burrito and french toast- very large portions and while I may be jaded from city living,... More

This charming little restaurant is a jewel in Chatham. The young couple who own and run are delightful and always helpful. The food is first-rate, the atmosphere friendly, and we locals are always sad to see them close for the season and thrilled to see them re-open. Don't miss it for breakfast or lunch.

Stopped in for breakfast on the last day of their season. Had a very delicious full stack of blueberry pancakes. Partner had an omelet. Great coffee and wonderfully inviting atmosphere frequented by lots of locals. Felt very welcoming. Good value. Will definitely be back!

It may have been our last day in Chatham for this trip, but we had to visit the lazy Lobster which we had past serveral times during our stay. We had been told it had recently changed hands but was good. An understatement. The breakfast was excellent. The only downside was getting a parking space as there is limited space... More
