Three of us decided to give it a try, just because of the ratings. We were given samples, which is a good idea, since the flavors are so unusual. They said it's ice cream, made in the gelato fashion, but my counterparts called it sticky, gooey, not the consistency of ice cream. I had a sample of chocolate coconut. It... More

After reading all the reviews for this place I decided to seek out this place this past weekend on my trek up to Maine. Well My GPS sent me all over the place and driving by I could not locate it! Oh well. Then, on a casual stroll through town on Saturday with my dog, he stopped in front of... More

The shop owner could not have been more welcoming, hospitable, and kind. Her flavors are out of this world delicious, and you can sample before you commit. Months later, and our family still talks about about the goat cheese and blueberry ice cream. Make a memory. Stop in. It's pricey, but worth every penny.

As a business professor I think saying someone has a passion for what they do is over used and meaningless. But not here. The woman who runs this business has the passion and intelligence to really understand her product and she creates ice cream that is transcendent. If I knew that they were serving this ice cream at my funeral... More

We were a little hesitant to try the avocado ice cream when Rococo first opened up. Our curiosity got the better of us and we've been delighted by the enticing mix of flavors offered here. Words can't describe so you're best off stopping in to meet the owner who is always willing to share her story and let you try... More

The owner of Rococo had only opened her shop five months earlier when my wife and I stumbled on to it. What a fun, friendly, delicious revelation! It was a slow day -- early October -- and the owner gave us many tastes. The flavor combos were often unusual, but always on the mark. Finally, we couldn't resist buying a... More

While on a bus trip through New England, we stopped in Kennebunkport for lunch. Not wanting to eat a big meal, I chose to get ice cream. Rococo's Artisan Ice Cream is homemade in the shop and has the consistancy of gelato but the flavors are very different. The owner captures local and enticing international flavors. She is a master... More

What a delicious & delectable huge scoop of homemade ice cream we had at this wonderful little parlor. I know that this young lady will do well as there are many sorts of ice creams to choose from & she makes them all herself.. good to see such ambition.

I have never had such interesting ice cream before in my life. My favorite was the Chai Cardamon. The flavor is still with me . . . I wish the ice cream was. Others were great too: real mint, nutella and cranberry, & goat cheese and fig. The owner is an artist at this, so offerings change, which means one... More

As a former owner of several DQ franchises, I have to admit Rococo's serves some of the best quality products available in New England. Spending time with the founder and sharing tips on how to market her products online is something a whole lot of people are going to look forward to in the very near future. You can try... More
