Sorry to be vague, but I was disappointed. Maybe because I really did expect it to be excellent. Wine selection seemed more highly priced than the usual 3x markup. The dishes did not grab.

This place is everything you have read about....fabulous food, wonderful art and it connected to a very trendy hotel. I opted for the non meat Grilled Cheese....fabulous...my lunch companions had the Fried Bolongna sandwich....interesting...and the BisonBurger...amazing...I cannot wait to visit Louisville again as well as Proof!!
