On a successful business trip, I like to have a good meal. Today, I was treated to a great meal, great service, a great wine pairing...and against my workout, a great dessert. Who knew steaks from Washington State were so good! Excellent job.

This is a great place to dine for either lunch or dinner. The service and food are both outstanding. I have dined here several times and everything I ordered was delightful!! The only downside might be trying to find a parking place since there is no parking lot, but normally we have found an on street parking place without too... More

Right downtown, this successful restaurant attracted the crime of the crop of experienced chefs, servers, and wine bar tenders since its opening within the last two years. Very good value for great food. Friends visiting from New York say they would be paying triple the price for food and service like this experience in the Big Apple. The restaurant is... More

I am delighted every time I enter Cafe Navarre. The food is creative and expertly prepared, the service is friendly and professional, and the bar has everything you would want and staffed by great people. I agree with the beet salad review and would add the mussels, the Steak Diane, and many other dishes. The small plate concept is also... More

Beautiful setting in an old bank. Excellent service. Very good food, with good variety. Is one of the two best restaurants in South Bend. Fairly expensive.

Wife and I had dinner after a Saturday show. Amazing. Apps, soups, entrees were all wonderful. One if my favorite soups, cream of mushroom, was the best I've ever had. My wife's beet salad was great. We WILL return!

I ate here for dinner with my boyfriend before a show at the Morris. We had soup, two entrees (chicken) and a reasonably priced bottle of red wine and it was over $150. Way too much for the quality and taste of the food which was nothing special. The inside is beautiful and the service was average. I enjoyed LaSalle... More

We made reservations (4 people) for Valentines Day evening. Our table was ready in a timely manner. I believe we had one of the nicest locations in the building, located in the 'clock tower room'. It was away from the traffic, a nice view of the outside and overview on the main floor. Our waitress was very helpful and attentive,... More

I've eaten at Navarre 3 times in the past month. Lunch is excellent. Great value with superb service as well as an amazing atmosphere. The food is very clean and always fresh. The dinner menu is very original and offers some amazing items. I recommend it to anyone looking for a legit finedining experience.
