Looking for something after the Kentucky Derby 2013 as we were staying in New Albany. Drove downtown and found La Bocca... Great food and service!!

We wanted to try a local restaurant for our 21st anniversary and was disappointed. Mainly the food was typical Italian. Nothing to write home about but the prices were too high for the food we got. Granted, we just returned from Tuscany but still...

Thanks to my GPS I was able to find La Bocca and by-pass the fast food. Looks like the local community is trying to keep this area clean and inviting. Good menue to select to choose from and my food was good served by attentive staff.

I love this place! The service is always consistant, with a smile. I can never decide what I want to order because it is all SO good! Weekend nights are always busy but it doesnt seem to bother the staff. My favorite time is lunch time during the week. Never too busy. Food always arrives quick and is ALWAYS perfect!

My wife and I ate here while staying in Louisville. The prices are very reasonable and the food is amazing. The prices are average for a place like Olive Garden, but the food and atmosphere is MUCH better.

my husband and I frequently eat here. It is a little overpriced but we enjoy it. the bread that comes with your meal is amazing and i love the chicken piccata. the vodka sauce dishes are also wonderful. the service is not spectacular but it is better than olive garden for sure!
