I live near this restaurant and we go there often, there is another Mexican place in town and El Rodeo beats it hands down. I especially like it because I can get rice and an a la carte tamale and have plenty of food for very little money. The full platters and dinners are still inexpensive and generous. Every once...

We dined on a busy Friday night. Service was a bit slow, but the food was outstanding.
We really like the staff and the food is always fresh and good.
Everything I've tried here is good, Most adult meals are around $8. Portions are big, drinks are ok, but not very strong for the price. Oddly for a mexican place, the cheeseburger is great! The kids love the ham & cheese quesadillas. Casual environment. Some waiters have problems speaking and understanding english, but always seem to get things right somehow.
Loved this place. My family stopped by and ate one night and we all enjoyed our meals. You are looking at 8 to 10 dollars a plate but well worth it. Only complaint I have would be that the guys cleaning the tables were extremely loud and the waiter had to repeat himself four times.
