Want pancakes, eggs and bacon, a tuna melt, turkey salad, a blt, chili, and a homemade cupcake for dessert? This is the place. Sitting in close proximity to your neighbors this small local gem offers good food at reasonable prices in a quaint downtown Wilmette location.

“One of the best breakfast stops in America”

I've been doing breakfast here on and off for years. It's not particularly close to my house but if I'm anywhere near here, I'm stopping. Great breakfast food across the board in a pretty laid back environment. You can't beat it. Simple as that.

Year after year GBC continues to reign at the top spot for sumptuous breakfasts on the North Shore. Quaint breakfast spot hidden away in Winnetka, despite being on busy Green Bay Rd. Easy to drive right by, so pay attentino. Seats maybe 25-30, so get there early.
