“Friendly staff, great waterpark!”

We drove up to see Chicago, and this was a side trip we decided to do. The rooms weren't the cleanest, but not completely over-the-top dirty. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The "Inside that looks like you are outside" look is pretty cool. :) The kids loved the water park.

I made a reservation to have a birthday party here and it was to start at 4pm, it did not start until 5:15pm when at this time they served under cooked pizza to my kids. the staff in the water park are rough with the kids and i even seen an employee swat a child with his life support item... More

We knew we would be spending more money than if we stayed in a regular hotel. The kids had a blast! See our review. Expensive buffet with limted selection of bad food provided by poor service and a noisy and cheesy ice cream parlor environment. Skip it.

This is a great, local place to go for families who want an experience similar to Wisconsin Dells. It is like entering a tropical world once you enter. It's nice to just get away for a night.

on the morning of our check out we went for the resorts breakfast buffet and were going to be charged $60 for two adults, a 13 yr old and a 5 yr old.

Very clean,very friendly staff and great pool area/waterpark. There is a ton of things to do here. Great family place and they eveen have a spa. Prices are reasonable and the waterpark is large. I will be back real soon with the kids.

Great dinner at the Crazy Tucan eatery. Very good atmosphere and the food was good. Service was great and we had a magician come to our table. Kids really enjoyed that.

What a wonderful resort and water park for all ages. From the exceptional room to the arcade, there is something for everyone and the feeling is full of relaxation and service from all employees.

A pricey place to stay for two nights - large bill - but considering the discount on six flags tickets and the waterpark I'd go back if in the area.
