This restaurant has great food and service. We went their every morning for breakfast and ordered different meals each time. Highly recommend
We ate here 4 times during our week long stay next door. Every meal was fresh, a good value, tasty, and served quickly. Breakfast sandwich and oatmeal were favorites, as was the Arugula salad with chicken for lunch ! We even stopped in late one night for dessert. Thanks for always being open when we needed you !
Charming, Quiet, Unpretentious and nested away in Chicago's gold coast, what I adore most about the place is the relaxed and friendly environment. Never have I felt rushed to depart, that's a nice treat in my mind. Great place for close knit friends to converse, relax, play a game of chess and enjoy any meal of the day. Also super... More
3rd Coast has a well deserved reputation for its breakfast and brunch fare: but it also deserves a bunch of stars as a lovely retreat for a quiet (perhaps romantic), uncomplicated dinner, made all the better by the fine wines to suit all tastes and pockets. What makes 3rd Coast a little gem is that it is carefully -- but... More
Simple and real with substance, are traits as difficult to find in restaurants as they are in people. This place is like a friend that won't let you down, and if food were conversation, it would be eloquent and to the point. Bravo 3rd Coast. Stay true to yourself.
This place is 3 doors down from Hotel Indigo Gold Coast so we checked it out. It is a small neighborhood type place where everyone seems to be a regular but no one feels out of place. They make great drinks and the breakfast (even the oatmeal) was fabulous. Very reasonably priced. Friendly service. Well worth checking out if you... More
We enjoyed a late night glass of wine and a bite to eat. Service was great, food delicious. Absolutely go back again.
Being very convenient to our hotel (Hotel Indigo), we tried 3rd Coast for breakfast one morning and were very impressed. My husband had the breakfast tacos which he said were excellent. I had the farmer's omelet which was superb. It was loaded with fresh vegetables. It came with multigrain bread that was lightly toasted so that it wasn't dry, and... More
I went here with 4 friends and shared a quaint booth in the cozy setting - you can feel the vibes of the antique atmosphere, but it is clean and properly updated inside. Now let's get to the important part.. the FOOD. Oh my gosh YUM! Everything was memorable and delicious, even down to the complimentary parmesan/pepper crackers. I had... More
Feels like your local restaurant where everyone knows your name. Hard to see if you don't know where it is, but everyone has found it. Wonderful breakfast menu served all day. The other menu items are fantastic as well. I recently had fish tacos (a special that day) and they were awesome! Intimate, casual atmosphere. Also a great place for... More
