Started off with chips, homemeadde salsa and terrific bean dip. I would sggest this restaurant o anyone. There are two in Idaho Falls. This was #2. So good, I saved 1/2 and having the rest for dinner tonight.

We visited Jalisco's based on its tripadvisor rating, and the rating was right on! The service was excellent, and the food was also very good. We loved the salsa! We visited around 5pm on a Thursday, and it was not that busy. We'd definitely visit again when we're in town.

It was a Friday. Food was okay; there were 8 adults and 4 children and it seems that they went out of their way to discourage us from staying.

Walk along the river down to the Broadway bridge for a meal at Jalisco's! The fare is Mexican, but much more varied and tasty than what passes for Mexican or Tex-mex at typical high volume restaurants. Jalisco's is a good sit down mexican restaurant. They always make sure you have enough chips and salsa while you wait for your meal. We eat here alot.

They easily accomodated a group of seven people without reservations on a Friday night. The food was well-prepared, hot, and delicious. Quantities were generous. Everyone took leftovers home. The chicken mole was excellent. Mole at other places can be inconsistent. I took a chance and ordered it here. Great decision. We ate here tonight, after being recommended by our hotel front desk staff. The food was a bit spicy, but very tasty. The wait staff was as professional and cordial as I have ever experienced. A major bonus was that by showing my motel room key, we received 25% off the bill. I will be back.
