We set our Garmin to find the place. Got there on a rainy day at 11:45 -- smelled great -- but the windows were not open and there was no indication of anyone willing to feed us. We drove on to Spokane.

This place is better than any BBQ restaurant I've tried (and I've tried a lot). Everything is slow cooked on site and the sides are made fresh everyday. tried the sliders and the regular pulled pork sandwich. both were very good but, we really liked their slaw. spicy kick to it! worth a visit for sure.

Very impressed witg the food and choices available. Not expensive and worth every penny paid!

Just tried this new BBQ place on Best Ave in CDA, ID. Had a pulled pork sandwich which was delicately smoked; with just enough sauce with onion rings all in a soft bun which held all the ingredients with collapsing. A delightful treat.....took home some Jo jos with trash can chili....my mouth is watering.
