The chocolates in this place are to die for and the people are very helpful and friendly. We had a dark chocolate lemon chiffon truffle and a dark chocolate lime chiffon truffle. They had just the right amount of lemon and lime flavor, not too overpowering, absolute perfection! Stop by and see them, you will not be disappointed!

The candies are delicious although a little pricey. Great variety. The shop is very clean and staff are always friendly. We really love the chocolate covered strawberries and white chocolate pretzels. They even have chocolate covered BACON!

We visited Paul Thomas Chocolates while visiting Dahlonega for a long weekend. It is conveniently located in the town square and when you walk in you are immediately transformed to chocolate heaven! I love Paul Thomas chocolates. They're made fresh on property. One of my favorites is the dark chocolate covered ginger and the dark chocolate covered molasses. Both of these are great! Make yourself a nice sampler when visiting, but be careful, you might eat all of them before you get home!

In my opinion, the only place for chocolate in Dahlonega! The finest ingredients, friendly service (great samples) and HUGE selection and you can watch them making it! My favorite are the "Bog Frogs" or "Carmel clusters" or well, don't get me started!

Great chocolate and good prices.... what's not to like??? We have liked everything that we have purchased at this store.
