The entries were fair. The grouper and stuffed grouper was adequate. Our group was happy to find a nice venue so close to the resorts. Service was good but the food was only satisfactory, not great.

We had a great time here, good food. The house Tuna was wonderful. The oyster appetizer was fresh. Would definitely recommend.
We walked in on Mother's Day with no reservation and were seated right away. Shocking! I had blackened Grouper with a mango salsa. The flavors were Devine. Highly recommend this gem. It's hard to see from the street.
On our first night, we went to Snappers based on many positive reviews in TripAdvisor and were not disappointed. A group of 7, we had a variety of seafood dishes and they were all enjoyed. It's obviously a popular restuarant in St. Pete, so go early or wait. They do not take reservations or call ahead.
Had dinner (fairly early) as part of group of 6. Appetizer of spinach/cheese/mushroom was OK. All but one ordered seafood (allergic). My captains boiled platter was good well cooked and seasoned. Two ordered slamon and reported it was great. beer/wine license
Excellent waitress, probably the best I have seen in some time. Not too present but timed to be there...

Wife and I took a long weekend getaway to St. Pete Beach and decided to try Snappers Sea Grill by the reviews from TA. We both are so glad we did!!!! We dined on a Saturday night at prime time dinning time and had to only wait about 20 minutes. The outside beer and wine bar helped with our wait....

Food was good -- my husband and his friends all had the tuna -- huge portion and I had the seafood risotto. The risotto was good, but a tad bit cold in some spots. The scallops and shrimp on top were perfectly cooked. A nice salad with their secret dressing was good. The key lime pie was worth the calories!
Ate at this restaurant twice during a week-long stay at one of the nearby resorts. The food is great and very reasonably priced for the area. I recommend the seared tuna with one of their puff pastries!
Having a great dining experience at 1200 Chophouse, we found out the owner also had a sister restaurant called Snappers - we headed over there to try their appetizers. The snapping shrimp and crab cake were great. The Key lime pie with oreo crust was the best ever!!! Both restaurants are a home run in our book. We definitely will...

We went there late on a Thursday evening and had to wait about 15 minutes for a table which shows this place is popular. The bar wasn't open but they kindly got us a drink whilst we waited. We ordered the zucchini to share as an appetiser but we didn't realise they also brought you flat bread and a yummy...
