Husband and I visited this coffee establishment while in St Augustine in May 2013. I had the frozen hot chocolate and he had a strawberry smoothie. Both drinks were delicious, well blended, and of reasonable size. Staff was friendly and able to assist in suggestins for beverages.

Crucial Coffee Cafe is the best place for the worst coffee, desserts and customer service in downtown Saint Augustine. The staff seems to me to be mostly inadequate and overly inexperienced. We had heard about this coffee shop from locals, and decided to get a cup for our morning shopping. It was well worth it! They have baked goods,and daily specials. I had a milky way latte that was ahhh-mazing!! Stop in, you won't regret it!
