Got introduced to Gaufres & Goods on a tasting tour. Had to go back for lunch. Small place, quiet, eclectic, really neat. Had the "Taste of Poland." Some of the best pierogies ever, and the Bigos stew was phenomenal. Only thing better than the food was the service. Will definitely be back whenever we're in St. Augustine.

I came upon this quite by accident.....a Polish/Greek Restaurant.....hmmmmm.....menu in window looked intriguing.....I tried the Polish Sampler which was Borsch, Pierogies and Bigos on a sour dough bun. YUMMY! My only regret was that I didn't leave room for dessert!

Close to our B&B right down the street...great European atmosphere, nice owners and yummy treats! Went here a few times, relaxing and enjoyable.

Had a business trip for the day to St. Augustine and wanted to avoid the usual- so looked up local places. Tried the stuffed cabbage- reminded me of my half Polish Grandmother's but better- sorry Granny. Price was reasonable. Place is small so I could see it getting crowded. Great service and right in the center of the historic district.

When you walk in you see a case of pastries, which I was told were made by a retired Polish man. Turn to the left and you see more seating area. The setting is simple, but it's roomy and comfortable. Our beautiful, young German waitress told me that the mother and son that ran the place came from Poland then... More

Different that the ordinary - it is a Polish/Greek restaurant. Their pierogi's are a little pricey but very good and so is their stuffed cabbage. Be sure to have them fried in butter and onion (which I feel should included at no additional cost.) They are closed on Tuesdays.

I have eaten there about half a dozen times, and ech time it's a unique experience. Perogies like my Grandmother used to make,Hungarian Hunters stew, bakliva, waffles and ice cream. lots of charm, excellent service, one of the best in downtown St Augustine

Is not fancy but is very charming and the service was enthusiastic and very supportive as we explored our menu options. Had a wonderful coconut soup with greek salad and spinach pie. My son enjoyed his perogies and we got some wonderful baklava for the car ride home.

My husband and I ate here for lunch, and it is a gem of a place! Gaufres & Goods is a charming little European restaurant in the heart of St. Augustine. They serve Polish and Greek food. Seating is limited, maybe 8 little tables, but that's what makes the ambiance so great. I ordered a small Greek salad with a... More

The staff were so friendly and we love sitting by the window. It had old world charm. All the food was delicious. Loved the greek salad, grape leaves, and perogies were so yummy. We ordered so much we needed a double table and we ate it all.
