We've enjoyed Rosie's several times. Really tasty seafood! Prices are exceptionally reasonable, too. Rosie's is mostly local folks and not a tourist joint. Not easy to find, so leave a trail of bread crumbs. We plan another visit to Rosie's in the next 30 days. Yummy!

Let me tell you, Rosie's is the best kept secret for New England seafood in the area! Having grown up on steamers, fried clams and lobster, there is no place better in the Tampa Bay Area! A must!

My mom and sister live in Florida so I visit at least once a year but this year I have been done more as Mom has been sick. We could not decide what to do for dinner and my sister said, I feel like fried clams! I reminded her we were not in New England and then off we went... More

Dear Ms. Conti: We are still extremely enthusiastic about your personal welcoming attitude and the great sea food we have enjoyed, among the best we have tasted in our lives by all standards. The evening was also especially enjoyable because of the time -- a mere few hours before Christmas itself -- and you accepted us at your restaurant table... More

Hey, this was a pleasant surprise. Fresh New England sea food at a wicked local joint. Don't let the strip mall put off. The fried clams (Littleneck) are very good and the fish and chips (cod) also excellent. The funny thing is their food is as good or better than some I've had up north.

If you are a New Englander and enjoy fried whole belly clams, this is the place for you. Hubby is picky and he said they were the best he's ever had in FL. The restaurant changed owners and it seems the quality of food has gone up. The staff are very friendly and there is live music in the bar... More

Tried Rosies because it's cout of the touristy zone of the beach area and easy to get to from home. We had read some good reviews too. This place in in a unassuming strip mall. The interior is fun and full of beachy decor. The food prices seemed a little high. My clam chowder was delicious and I ordered a... More

We should start by mentioning that good, reasonably priced seafood is rare in Cincinnati, and half of this Review-Writing Team is an Annapolis native stranded in Cincinnati, perpetually starved for good seafood, and wondering what the heck he was thinking when he moved here. So, we're house hunting in Largo (Clearwater) and we drove past the sign for Rosie's Clam... More
