Chains are hard to rate as so much of them are scripted. Service here OK and food about average. Steaks are OK but usually get a burger for lunch.

Best steak ever. Had great flavor. Service was over the top Every thing was perfect. From the front door greeting to the chocolate cake for dessert Will definately return

I order the most expensive steak but I didn't like it.i will never go back again!i order dessert something with apple pie and ice cream nothing special!

Excellent steaks, very good service and prices are reasonable. Due to the long wait time to get seated, many other customers agree with me. Really enjoy the atmosphere (Western cowboy) and seeing and hearing other customers enjoying their eating experience.

They've definitely cut out some of my favorite things on the menu & the porshon sizes have been cut as well but the prices seem to go up steadily so it's Fallen from my good graces lately!

While it was crowded and the wait was 30 minutes, it was worth it. The steaks were excellent and cooked exactly as we asked. The waitress was attentive and made sure that our party of six had everything we wanted. One of the party had a dinner salad and it looked excellent. We look forward to returning.

I was in the mood for soup and salad - my partner wanted a full meal. We were not disappointed in the Longhorn. The french onion soup was some of the best I have had. Great experience.

No matter when we go to this restaurant, the service is good and the food is always excellent. We eat here as a couple and sometimes we are with a group of as many as 30 and still our service is excellent and the food good.
