Great food and service! Very generous servings and fresh Banana Bread. We loved it and are going back tonight.
We had a wonderful dinner here. The location is right on the water. We came on a busy night and were surprised by the fast seating and quick, friendly service. The last time we were here they took our fresh dolphin catch and prepared them for our meal. WOW! That is the way to enjoy the Keys!
We were looking for a lunch spot en-route from Miami to Key West and tried this as it's highly rated on various sites. And rightly so. The setting by the ocean immediately relaxes you, the service is excellent and the food does not disappoint. We tried the yellow-tail with key lime butter and the fish and chips. The latter was... Just left Lazy Days and it was so good. The view was beautiful! We had the Lion Fish special (Really Good) Grouper Sandwich (Really Good) Mahi Mahi (catch of the day) sandwich (Really Good) Sweet potato fries (Really Good) and Chicken Picante (Fair - not much flavor in tomatoes and chicken dry). Would go again!
It was past lunchtime and we were hungry coming back from Key West. We saw Lazy Days and thought we'd give it a shot. Good move! We sat right at water's edge and had a totally enjoyable meal. I had a pasta and seafood dish that was to die for, and at least half of it came back with me.... More
We had lunch here on the way down to Key West. Service was excellent and the food was great. My only complaint was that there were only 9 prawns on my lunch plate but they handled it well and as we found later they actually give you more than some other places. Would definitely eat here again. Oh and the... More
Was very surprised to see lion fish on the menu and very impressed. Have a few friends who say the meat is excellent and they were not kidding, it was very tasty. With this bring an invasive fish; more restaurants need to feature this on their menus and drive up the demand. My daughter choose the restaurant for the key... More
We spent a full day charter fishing and had some beautiful Mutton Snapper to show for our efforts. We asked Capt. Jon of Drop Back Charters where we should go to dinner to cook our catch and without hesitation he said Lazy Days and even made reservations for us! We arrived on time with our plastic baggie of fish and... More
There are few places along the route between Miami and Key West. You will get fresh local fish like hog or lion fish and many others done any way you like. Good fresh oysters and clams. Not a fancy place, a typical Key West experience. Right on the water with outside sitting as well. Service is happy, friendly and fast.... More
