I have never had an opportunity to sample Cuban food, and that was high on my list of things to try during a visit to Key West. I had noticed a building with "M&M Laundry" on the building, but there was a sandwich shop within the laundry with a walk-up window that was always busy. 2-3 stools were available at... More

A Key West staple, the best Cafe con Leche and the Cuban Sandwich was very good.. Heard the fish of the day is excellent.

You wouldn't think to go to a laundry mat to get a great Cuban sandwich, but I have to say I'm glad I did. And very reasonably priced.

This local cafe is the best place to grab the tastiest cuban sandwiched on the rock. No frills place, with a few chairs to eat out front, otherwise take it and go. The best expresso we've found too...at the lowest prices! Always visit Sandy's each time we visit Bone Island.

The menu is fantastic. The Cuban the best. Wish they didnt season the fries. A smile serving us wouldnt hurt neither. Love you Sandy's! We take ours to go, on bikes and ride down to the end of the AIDS benefit Pier, it's the closest to CUBA you'll get and so tranquil.

We love this place. Its a real hole in the wall that most of the times is four deep at the window. The cuban sandwich is incredibly delicious and the cuban coffee as good as it gets. They definitely can mess up orders at time but generally they are spot on. If you enjoy coffee definitely try a buchito... its... More

The best coffee con leche and fish tacos in Key West. Not to be missed! A true Key West icon and don't let the laundromat next store put you off. In fact, you can do a load of laundry while you enjoy Sandy's. The Cuban coffee at Sandy's is our morning ritual when In Key West.

Every person In there is so rude. Unless you speak spanish expect to be waited on last. I ordered the bacon egg and cheese and the bacon was so hard I couldn't even bite it. I also got a con leche with so many coffew beans I immediately threw it out....wow. Major Dissappointment.

We stopped there every morning for a very good cafe con leche. In the afternoon, we stopped there to taste fish and shrimp quesadilla, both great choices. The place is definitely Cuban with friendly service, fast, inexpensive and conveniently open 24 hrs. Worth trying when you are on the run !

I've grown up going to Sandy's every morning for some Cuban bread and butter, and stop by all the time for some lunch or for dinner after I get off work late at night. They are fast and make a great Cuban mix, and they are open 24 hours so I can get some delicious grub even after I get... More
