For a hotel restaurant, this is pretty amazing food at very reasonable prices. I had a steak that was incredibly tender and juicy!

We stopped here on our way to Florida and were looking for something different than a stop off the freeway. This was a hit. Easy to find and a restful lunch with delicious food. I'm glad we selected it. Food was good and so was the service. I liked the fact that you could order your salad in a small...

Three of us went to Paramount Grille for dinner. We all ate different entrees, and every one was superb. The chef is very creative, but retains the simplicity and full flavor of every fresh ingredient. It was a wonderful dining experience.
Treated to birthday dinner here and it was quite satisfying. Lovely table and great service. Anything you order will undoubtedly please you.
Went with family for Thanksgiving dinner. Reservations a must. There was a set menu and it was delicious. Chef/owner Cliff and his staff hit the right note with service and atmosphere. The restaurant didn't feel fancy, but sophisticated in a way I had not ever found when dining out on visits over the years to Gainesville. Would love to try...

Very nice gormet restaurant in downtown Gainesville. Small and upscale and the food is excellent. Wish it were closer to our home.
Our 35th Anniversary dinner was celebrated at Paramount Grill. This is always our go-to place for special dinners for the two of us. We were not disappointed this time either. Always excellent service, atmosphere and food. The best "fancy" restaurant in Gainesville. Don't miss it.

Entree selection was limited but everything appealed. We split the beet salad, which had big square chunks of fresh beet and mozzarella, and followed with the fondue...

We ordered a chicken and a beef plate. Both were good and the plates had an expensive artistic looking presentation to them. The tastes were unique and very good but not great. The decor was simple but elegant. Over all the experience was very nice, but not nice enough to match the ratings or expensive price tag.
I want to thank the chef and staff for a wonderful graduation dinner. My son just loved the ostrich! The service was impeccable and the food was delicious. Thanks again and Happy Holidays. Sharon Argov, Mother of graduating senior.
