The Dungeness crab bucket~YUM!! Actually there are many good things there but that is so good. 3 big clusters, potatos, corn on the cob, butter and the mallet...oh and a bib! You will need it. Maybe it is not on the beach but it is a great/fun place!

I like breweries, and we went seeking draft real ale. As the place is called 'a brewery', this was our minimum expectation. However, along with all the typical American bottled light beers, the closest to real ale available was a brew bottled elsewhere called 'Whatabeer'. So we arrived, and found our own table. The waitress was grumpy from the start... More

Despite its name it is not a brewery so don't go expecting craft brews on tap (even the one beer that is brewed for them comes in a bottle). But it's a fun place to get bar food and drinks if you don't mind a busy place. We were there in the evening and there was (pretty good) live music... More

One of our favorite places to unwind after a great day at the beach.. The unwinding doesn't take very long. The drinks are okay and the food is good, the oysters are great

We spotted this place while passing and popped in here with another couple for lunch and a drink while on a brief stayover in Fort Myers Beach. It is a casual open sided bar/restaurant and was busy but with a good buzz. We are not too familiar with this type of place, so maybe it could have been the novelty,... More

Not exactly high on ambiance but SOB has staff that pays attention to their customers. It was busy , but not insane and we still got a cold one pretty quick. Had some of the garlic scallops... hmmm hmmm good!

A little spot on Fort Myers Beach that has a selection of special brew beers, live music at times, always packed and good food. The oysters during the winter months are excellent. Shucked pretty well with little shell and if cut loose on the bottom as well would almost pass in New Orleans. They bring extra horseradish without your asking and... More

SO GOOD! Had w grilled shrimp (special request and they happily complied) and a BBQ bacon burger. All delicious. Went to dinner at 6, stayed to 10:30.... More

The 1/2 and 1/2 conch and clam was absolutely to die for as was the Shrimp aioli. Sunday afternoon had a good one man band. I could have skipped the oysters rockafeller. They looked better on someone elses plate than they did on mine.

This place gets crowded, so we went at a semi quiet time. Still crowded, but we had a nice table under the tee shirt display. Our waiter took good care of us, had a great time. We had delicious coconut shrimp, a Cajun grouper and which, and my husband had these big dungie crabs in the house seasoning. Awesome food,... More
