I had carnitas. Lots of nicely cooked pork , celantro, onions, rice, pico and tortillas 6.95$ excellent. Staff was great. Not fancy looking but good ,clean flavorful Mexican food. I travel often and look to find west coast like Mexican. This place is it. I found it from yelp too.

I am from Detroit and finding GOOD Mexican food was a problem until we hit Jalepeno's! Lengua tacos the best I have ever had! Definitely a MUST on your restaurant list! Chips and Pico Fantastic! Don't pass by!

This Mexican restaurant is a little hard to find,no real signage from the main street. Worth looking for. Had the fish tacos, was some of the best I have had. The building from the street is nothing special in side is another story, Would eat there again when I am in Ft Meyers.
