what a wonderful find! this charming place was the winter residence of Pres Harding and has a warm welcoming ambiance. The food will amaze you! always make a point to eat there whenever in town and consistently excellent. i prefer to sit upstairs rather than downstairs (the cellar?)

The ambiance at the Cellar was so quaint!! Nice and intimate. I loved the pictures of President Warren Harding, as this was his winter home. But....the food....that is what we are here to talk about! Special occasion dining!! There were 3 of us girls on a girl weekend and we wanted some place really good to eat, and we chose... More

My husband and I ate there May 23. The food was excellent. I had gnocchi with bolognese sauce and my husband had the swordfish. Both were done perfectly. Portion sizes were moderate, more in keeping with meals in Italy, and they were done simply. My house salad had very fresh ingredients and just a hint of vinaigrette. One thing we... More

What a gem in Daytona Beach. Had a wonderful veal dinner. The veal was very tender and the sauce was scrumptious. My husband also enjoyed the Osso Bucco. Service was excellent I am sorry I don't remember our server"s name but she was very knowledgeable about the menu and helped us to make wonderful choices. Would definitely recommend for a... More

On a solo business trip to Daytona and hoping for a great meal in town. A quick search shows a quaint, historical home transformed into a family owned busness. I decided to try for a late dinner, due to the very crowded car park. Reservations are suggested, but a very gracious host made room for this hungry and weary traveller.... More

We made a last minute reservation after spending an unexpected afternoon in the hospital. One of us wasn't moving too well after an accident at the beach, and the entire staff went out of their way to accommodate us. Enough about the (excellent) service. The food was amazing, and superbly served. The Cellar is a "must" for any visit to... More

Renovated from the days when President Warren G. Harding lived here, there are two seating areas to choose from--one on the main floor and one in the cellar, or basement. We ordered an appetizer and main course; mine was a perfectly prepared veal scallopini with a porcini mushroom cream sauce. This was followed by a delicious Italian bread baked with... More

You cannot say enough about this restaurant. My wife and I returned one year from our last visit. Fresh home made food cannot be beat. This is fine dining at it's best. The home made pasta dishes are divine. I had veal scallopine for my entree and my wife had the snapper fillet, both superb. My advice to all who... More

Everytime I'm in Daytona Beach... I visit The Cellar! The food is always delicious and the service is top-notch! It is probably the best restaurant available to the Daytona Beach area! A lot of the restaurants just offer a lot of substance. The Cellar has high quality fresh food. YUM!!! Great wine list too!!!
