Tex- mex food that is not particularly memorable. Watch out: guacamole with your fajita costs $2 extra. Entertainment in a sports bar atmosphere.
The service was both pleasant and timely, and the food was good enough. But nothing about the experience seemed special. They have live entertainment (or DJ) most evenings and the dinner prices are generally $10-12. It's a nice neighborhood stop but definitely not a destination restaurant you would drive some distance to enjoy.
Need gas mask to get through the NASTY cigarette smoke in outdoor seating area. When will decent eateries ever learn? Food was very good, inexpensive, did the Sangria. Waitress was relaxed, attentive but not over-bearing. Music was OK, not fantastic, 5-7 old couples dancing. Pool table near entrance. Might be more fun if going in a group. Smoke a big... More
Hard shell.......not soft shell........the BEST beef tacos in town! Have to hit this place for guacamole and hard shell tacos at least once a month. The staff is fantastic too! Super friendly!
This is a gem in the crown of Cape Coral. The food and drinks are top notch with live entertainment most nights. The addition of their outdoor bar and eating area is a very nice feature. Many places have outdoor seating, Here you have a FULL service bar. My overall opinion of Perico's is quality all the way. We joined... More
This is a very different type latin/mexican food restraunt. It displays the atmosphere of a Carlos & Charli's with a fare that tempts the appetite. The prices are reasonable and the drinks tasty as well as potent. Mix all of the above with a dash of live entertainment, and you have a recipe for success.
We've been to Perico's many times. It's the closest Mexican restaurant to where we live, and they're always advertising Buy One Get One dinners. Their chips and salsa are delicious--nice to get salsa that's blended and doesn't have big old chunks of raw onion in it. There's a nice selection of dishes that you would expect in a Mexican restaurant,... More
We went here several weeks ago with some friends we had visiting from out of town. Drive by this place a lot but this is first time we stopped to eat. Sort of a run down looking building from the outside with a barber shop near the front entrance. . A few people were sitting at the outside bar and... More
We drove past Perico's last Friday night, and it was rocking! We decided to give it a try for lunch--always a good way to test out a new restaurant. I looked their menu up online, and they had a luncheon special of choose-two for $5.99. My husband had the mini taco salad and beef burrito. I chose the chimichunga for... More
This is a very eventful place, dont go there if you want quiet, not complaining just letting you know. People are friendly and the food is very good.
