I followed Hari from Nage. I loved his food at Nage and even more at a(Muse). The menu changes with available produce. On my last trip I had a marvelous acorn soup, and I am consistent with the pickled vegetable appetizer. I prefer small plates at this restaurant, as opposed to entrees, primarily due to the creativity involved and the... More

This is a delightful little restaurant and bar. The menu choice is not very comprehensive but the dishes offered are quite unique and the taste/presentation is exceptional. Service is efficient and friendly.

a(MUSE) is one of the best restaurants in downtown Rehoboth. My wife and I go to the beach almost every weekend and we enjoy eating out. On our most recent visit to a(MUSE), we went for Happy Hour and were able to try a number of great dishes from this highly recommended (well deserved/justified) restaurant. We highly recommend you order... More

(a)MUSE has an intriguing menu; a lot of creative thought has obviously gone into it. It also shows great care for its customers. On a recent visit, I began by ordering a very complicated appetizer; after about ten minutes (very acceptable in this atmosphere, with speciality drinks and good focaccia bread) the server returned to tell us that the chef... Highly recommend trying out a(Muse) for Happy Hour as it provides a less expensive way to experience this restaurant's great food. Great drinks and a wonderful atmosphere. Cheers. In addition to their early Happy hour, they also have a late night option that begins at 9pm.

After reading the reviews for a(MUSE) numerous times, we checked it out Valentine's Day weekend. First off, kudos to the bartender (David)--he was pleasant, efficient, entertaining, and knowledegeable (try finding that these days). He also makes a GREAT mixed drink! We did the small plates--the most outstanding of which was the lamb bolognese. Simply wonderful! The potato soup was incredibly... More

a(Muse) is a dining experience. The care, thought, creativity and humor :-) that go into the various dishes and presentations of the food are nothing short of amazing! That being said, if you are interested in this type of experience, please dine here. If you just want to eat dinner quickly or want your "four square" type of meal, you... More

Chef/Owner Hari Cameron cares about his craft and it's evident in the preparation and presentation of the food. We've been to a(MUSE) several times and, with each visit, are more impressed. The menu changes often, based on ingredient availability. The "Snacks" and "Small Plates" are perfect for sharing (though you won't want to...). It just gets better with the "Mains".... More

We were very excited to go down to the beach in the off season, and even more to score a seat at the hottest place in Rehoboth, a place you can't touch in the summer. We'd heard so many wonderful things about it everywhere, we couldnt' wait. It was worth waiting for. We started with drinks, then our wonderful waiter... More
