The food here is very nice and the service is good (and friendly). It is just such a tiny place, so I can't give it a full 5 stars.

The food here is awesome! Breakfast, lunch, and dinner...never a bad meal. Breakfast is always good and hot. Their half-price burger night on Wednesday's is great....burgers are amazing! Make sure you go earlier rather than later so you can get a table....otherwise you may be waiting for a while.

Pelican Grille is a great local place that has great food and a friendly atmosphere, with nice views of the greens or grassy things or whatever golfers call the grounds at golf courses. 4 of us had the Filet of Beef sandwich that just melted in your mouth and was just so tasty along with delicious regular fries, not some... We went there for dinner. My husband really liked his fish ($18) but my veal picatta ($17.50)was just O.K. -- have had much better. Might give it another try.

Really wanted to like this restaurant because it was highly recommended by friends. I had the horseradish crusted salmon which was very tasty. My wife had the "jumbo lump" crabcake. Seems that the words "jumbo lump" just mean something different in Delaware. Though tasty, there was no backfin lump crabmeat in this crabcake! It was made with, maybe," special". The... More

This is a no frills restaurant/grill at a golf club, so a more casual place to dine. Last night had tasty gazpacho and a spinach salad with strawberries and orange slices. The shrimp basket had 10 good sized shrimp and fries. The down side is that the boisterous crowd makes it a bit to the noisy side.

We live near here full time and go here for lunch often. Have eaten dinner but we do lunch out more than dinner. Small and run by I think a husband and wife. Have been going here for a few years and always pleased with food and service. Give it a try. We recently went there for New Year's eve... More

My husband and I decided to go here with family for Father's Day. When we arrived we noticed that the restaurant is really tiny. They have a few tables and a small bar area. They probably have 15-20 tables max (including the few outdoor tables). The decor is very country casual & relaxed. It has a very cozy and comfortable... More
