I took the wife and kids to the casino last weekend for some dinner and we had a great experience at Sol Toro. We had a great server "Heather" who was very patient with us and also very helpful with the menu selections. We loved the nachos, tacos, and enchiladas. My wife and I will be going back soon.

Tried this place for the first time. PROS: Service was friendly. Vegetable fajitas were very tasty and filling. CONS: We were never given any gratis tortilla chips to munch on when we sat down (other tables got theirs). Didn't taste any lime or chili in the chili lime corn (it just tasted like grilled corn - which was good!).

Happy hour deals are worth looking at. They participate in various restaurant week deals throughout the year. Great portions, delicious food. Pleasant service, though a little slow. Warm ambiance. A nice way to spend a meal.

Loved the super fresh made-to-order guac, $3 beers, and $6 margaritas for happy hour. Also the happy hour nachos were a half portion, but PLENTY for a couple of people to share. Nice service at the bar, too.
