Thoroughly enjoyed our meals last Wednesday evening at the Water Street Cafe. Our waitress was knowledgable, professional and friendly. A nice selection of wine and beverages started us off. Ordering anything but scallops in Stonington is hard to do when they are unprecedented in flavor,texture and presentation. Delicious food....excellent service. The servers were friendly and knew the menu well. The food was cooked to perfection. Lovely atmosphere.
